• Secure a venue for displaying the art. Venue must be secured and locked after show hours are over. Suggestions are: hotel ballroom, unused retail space in a mall (not a kiosk or open area because of security), a gallery, or winery.
  • A minimum of two weeks (14 days) on-air promotional campaign to begin no later than 11 days before the event and continue throughout the duration of the event. Announcement must run 8 times per day (6A - 12 Mid).
  • Radio Station signage at the event.
  • Radio can sell as many non-competing sponsors into the show as it desires including but not limited to the venue itself, on-site signage, sampling, lead generating, etc.
  • Right Brain Revenue will receive one hotel room for its working staff for the duration of the show. The hotel rooms should be in the general vicinity of the Rock Art Show.
